New and Revised in March 2023

The first new page for March is not truly new. As merely a digression in a very large page, it did not have the prominence I think it deserves and so I have broken it out as its own page. That 30-year-old code likely gets used tens of millions of times each day—once each time that Windows is started—must be worth some attention even without the peculiarity of its writing or that it is also in ReactOS despite claims of clean-room reverse engineering.
